Welcome to ZOVA. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and ZOVA (“ZOVA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and govern your access to and use of the ZOVA mobile application, website, and related services (together, the “Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use ZOVA.
To use ZOVA, you must:
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. Use accurate, current details and do not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation.
You are responsible for all activity that happens through your account. Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content you post (“Your Content”). By posting it, you grant ZOVA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to share it. We may review, remove, or restrict any content or account that we believe violates these Terms, at our sole discretion.
ZOVA does not conduct criminal background checks or identity verification on users. We are an introduction platform — we are not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Always use good judgment, meet in public places, tell someone where you are going, and never send money to people you have not met. Please read our Safety Tips before meeting anyone in person.
ZOVA offers optional paid features such as ZOVA VIP subscriptions, Super Likes, Boosts, and other virtual items. Prices and benefits are shown in the app before you buy.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal through your app store (Google Play / App Store). Payments are processed by the app store, and billing is managed under their terms.
Except where required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. To request a refund where eligible, contact the app store you purchased through.
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by ZOVA and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service.
You may stop using ZOVA and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
We may suspend or terminate your account, without notice, if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for ZOVA, or harm other users. Some provisions of these Terms survive termination, including content licenses already granted, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that it will result in matches or relationships.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZOVA and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or from your interactions with other users — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZOVA from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of ZOVA after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country / Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, unless your local consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
